Did you know - as well as booking tickets to see our shows at a fixed venue, we also have a range of shows available to be booked into your venue. CHEKHOV WITH CHERRIES
After a sell out run at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2015, Al Fresco was delighted to bring this musical comic farce to the beautiful Chalkney Water Meadow in August 2020. With a fantastic score penned by Scott Morgan and a storyline weaving in Chekhov's most loved and ridiculous characters - this production is not to be missed. The status quo at Grovely Girls School for Young Ladies is disrupted when scholarship girl Maisy Martin arrives, much to the disgust of her snooty classmates. She may be an absolute whizz at hockey but will she ever be accepted? Will she solve the mystery of the school treasure? Will the tiresome boys from the Digby Grammar School ever leave her alone?
